Returns and policies

Make Sure You Read Receiving Your Door First

At TUFFBUILTDOORS, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products delivered with the exact dimensions ordered. While we aim for perfection, we understand that issues arise with installation, fitting and measurements for your door in its space.

Should you need to return a door or a part, our process is designed for clarity and ease. To begin, please call us directly at toll free 855-883-3284 ( 855-TUFFBUILT ). Please have your order number available and your company name when you call for our referencing your order.

Our dedicated support team will guide you through each step, ensuring a straightforward and efficient resolution.

Swing Door Return Policy & Eligibility

  • Inspect your door's condition BEFORE accepting it from the freight carrier.                                                                                                                                                    
  • If your door is damaged, CLICK HERE IMMEDIATELY.   PLEASE READ COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RECEIPT OF YOUR DOOR SHIPMENT BELOW MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard, non-custom products. A 30% restock charge is incurred once we receive the door back to our facility. You are responsible for shipping the door back to our facility in the crate we provided.

  • In order for a refund, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition, including all hardware, packaging, and accessories. If all of the requirements are met above, you will receive a 70% credit back for the price "Door(s) Only" once we have received it back to our facility. You are responsible for any associated freight from our factory at the time we shipped your door to you AND any return freight associated with the door(s). You must contact us to receive an RMA#(return merchandise authorization). This RMA # must be fully shown on the outside of the crate along with marking on the return freight manifest. 

  • Custom, made‑to‑order, or non-standard doors (custom sizes, special finishes, custom hinge configurations, etc.) are Not‑Returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
